His ability to adapt to any situation and scenario has proven to be a strong attribute. He spent his first 5 years in the business working alongside his mentor, Paul Volpe, who was the #1 Residential Loan Officer in America in 2013 & 2016, where he closed over 550 loans himself, consisting of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, & Down Payment Assistance Loans. Bottom line, there’s no home loan out there that Blaine hasn’t experienced or handled. He will go to any lengths to find a solution to get the job done. He is determined to assist his borrowers with the highest level of integrity and service, sticking with the philosophy of under promise and over deliver.
